Great work on the comic! The entire thing, I mean. If she moves out she won't have a big snek to. I hope Tsenaya's sleeping problems will clear up soon. That mother must be sharper than she appears to be!īy the way, scappo, i meant to ask you : what you're going to do with the 2 comic strips that supposed to continue the story just after the end ?Īmazing comic, but a little sad, it is over^^. That was a fun read! I especially love Nailah's last remark being mysteriously playful. I hope I dont upset by asking this but will there be a zip file or something of the comic? If you've been waiting until now to read the story in its entirety, then please enjoy! I'll keep you up to date as to what I'll be working on next- in particular I'll need to chat with my Pharaohs pretty soon about that. It's been about 18 months since I started and it feels good to finally wrap up this part of the story. Thank you to all of you who have been so patient while I worked on this comic. The ultimate goal of the first volume of Waystone is to get Tsenaya into her blue fur, but I had no idea it'd take this long! I do know that I need to spend a lot of November and December figuring out where to go next with the story in such a way that it's kept interesting for me to work on and entertaining for you to read. That's assuming the economic situation in Seara (the Capitol in which Tsenaya and her mother live) is even comparable to our own, but big cities have always been really expensive to live in, so why should it be any different in Waystone?Īnyways, aside from a quick redraw of a couple of panels on page 11 (You should have received an update-email on the post), this is officially the end of Sleepless Nights! Regarding the former pages 30 and 31, which featured the beginning of a new scene involving Jasper and Kaila, I'm not exactly sure what I'll be doing with those pages yet. Tsenaya's got first world, non-boomer problems.
